Closing Attorney
Purchasing a new home is always a big moment, and we work to make it as seamless as possible for all parties involved. Claire’s team will order the title work for the house and serve as the point of contact between the buyer, seller and realtors to make sure all paperwork is complete to close the deal.
Mediation
When a family is facing a domestic dispute or a couple is going through the process of divorcing, the court may order or suggest mediation. As a licensed mediator, Claire is trained to guide you through these conversations and help you reach a settlement that is to the benefit of all.
Wills & Estates
Leaving a lasting legacy beyond one’s own life is a hope and goal of many people. Claire will work with a family, couple or individual to draft their will, according to their wishes. She’ll also work with the probate court to assist in handling all paperwork around the estate for their heirs when the time comes.
Civil Matters
Alongside her father and brother, Claire works to settle civil matters including but not limited to litigation surrounding a car accident, domestic dispute or an uncontested divorce.
Juvenile Law
Claire is the attorney for Limestone Co. Department of Human Resources. In the role, she handles child protective services, adult protective services and child support cases.
Community Service
Claire proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Limestone Child’s Advocacy Center and the Athens City Schools Foundation.
